Who We Are
Biblionne Rare Books was founded in 2004 by Ekaterina Kukhto in Moscow. As one of the first bookstores in Russia to focus on books published by Russian emigrants from the four waves of emigration, we carved out a unique niche in the booktrade world. Our collection features books from various parts of the world, reflecting the diverse experiences and perspectives of Russian émigrés.
In addition to this, our specialty extends to Russian banned books, rare economic and political books, including extremely rare works by Lenin, Trotsky and more. Each book in our collection is meticulously described with the highest quality, ensuring that our customers receive thorough and accurate information.
Since 2014, Biblionne Rare Books has participated in international book fairs across the globe, including in the US, UK, and Europe. This opportunity allowed us to offer our clients rare translations of world literature masterpieces into Russian, as well as rare books that were banned during the Soviet era. Our collection also features beautifully illustrated books, encompassing children's books by talented Russian artists, including those from the avant-garde movement. Moreover, we specialize in books printed in the rare languages of the peoples of the USSR, often published in remote regions far from the country's capital.
We take pride in fulfilling the needs of private collectors, libraries, and museums, providing them with exceptional and rare books that enhance their collections.
In 2022, we moved to Serbia, continuing our mission to offer rare and significant books to our valued clients worldwide.
We do not list archives for sale on our website. However, if you are interested in this aspect of our specialty, please feel free to contact us.
