Rare. Most likely, one of the first Russian pop-up books. One of 25 000 copies printed.

This is a textless toy book.
It was published by the Museum for the Protection of Motherhood and Infancy in Moscow, which operated under the Department of the People's Commissariat of Health. The museum was established in 1923 to commemorate the fifth anniversary of Soviet medicine.
Regrettably, no information regarding the artist of this book could be found.
